In a twist on superhero movie tropes, the “hero” of Dr. Supernova’s Evil Plan is a dastardly supervillain named Dr. Supernova. While setting a trap for his superhero arch-nemesis Captain Orion, Dr. Supernova is forced to babysit his bubbly young daughter Mary when she unexpectedly comes to visit him in his secret volcanic lair.
